Agency team account
A team workspace for Fiverr agencies, with individual logins, a shared client view and centralized communication.

Overview
Agencies worked as teams on accounts built for one
Fiverr agencies operate as multi-person teams, but the platform supported one user per account. As Fiverr grew its offering for professional teams, agencies needed a workspace that matched how they actually work.
The Impact
+3% in agency transactions within the first month
Team Account expanded from agencies to freelancers
Centralized client communication adopted across Fiverr
Problem
One login, many people, no shared picture
Together with the PM and Fiverr’s UX research team, I ran a survey, follow-up interviews and usability tests. They pointed to three gaps. Admins shared passwords with their team, no one could track a client from first contact to delivery, and conversations were scattered across channels.
Designs
Organized around clients and people
Individual seats in a shared workspace
Each member gets their own login, ending password sharing without splitting the account.
One view of every client
A single dashboard shows each client’s type, status and owner, from lead to repeat client.

Context without leaving the list
A client drawer holds orders, conversations and details, so the team never loses its place.

Lessons
Start with the hardest workflow
Team Account began as an agency feature. Because it was shaped around the platform’s most complex workflow, its patterns extended to freelancers, and centralized communication eventually reached every Fiverr user.
